How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If you prefer to pay by money order, please call us and will we quote you the amount. All money orders must be received prior to shipment. We are unable to send items C.O.D.

Do I have to order using the Internet?
If you prefer not to use a credit card on line, please call us between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday- Friday at 800-826-2510 and we will gladly take your order over the phone.

Is it safe to order using the Internet?
Yes. We researched all the Internet credit card processing companies and picked one that provides secure transaction processing. It is for your safety as well as ours.

How much does shipping cost?
The following rates apply when shipping to the United States, Canada and the U.S. Territories. We ship most packages using United Parcel Service (UPS). If you need us to ship using the United States Postal Service, please let us know. Our shipping costs are as follows:

All orders placed before 11:00am EST Monday - Friday will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00am EST, please allow 24 hours for processing. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day. Express and Overnight Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will reflect an additional amount once the package has been weighed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. For all non-US deliveries, we ship using the United States Postal Service. We make every attempt to get our items to you within 2 – 3 weeks. There is an additional $17.50 (USD) charge to our standard shipping rates except where noted above. The customer is responsible for tariffs imposed by the country of import and are not billed.

Can I ship to more than one address?
Our order form will have a place to put a 'Ship to' address if it is different from the address of the person ordering.

How do I Return or Exchange an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we will make an exchange or refund your payment as you wish. Just send the merchandise back to us in unused condition within 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt.

Where do I mail my Return or Exchange?
Please send all returns in a manner that it may be tracked during shipment. We cannot receive returns by C.O.D. Send all returns or exchanges to:
