Pointer Brand has proudly been manufactured by the L. C. King Manufacturing Company in Bristol, Tennessee for over 100 years. Being family owned and operated, we understand the importance of being there for you and doing things right. Our policy is to treat every customer as if they were a member of the King family.

Can I talk with someone?

  • Yes.  Our Toll Free number is: (800) 826-2510. Please call us Monday - Friday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern time and we will be glad to help. 

How do I pay?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • PayPal - Log into your PayPal account for express processing.  Used by over 100 million customers, PayPal is safe, secure and makes your check-out a breeze.  PayPal also offers built-in mobile checkout processing for smartphone customers.

  • If you prefer to pay by money order, please call us and we will quote you the amount.  All money orders must be received prior to shipment.

  • We are unable to send items C.O.D.

Do I have to order using the Internet?

  • If you prefer not to use a credit card on line, please call us Monday - Friday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern time at (800) 826-2510 and we will gladly take your order over the phone. 

Is it safe to order using the Internet?

  • Yes.  We researched all the Internet credit card processing companies and picked one that provides secure transaction processing.  It is for your safety as well as ours. 

How much does shipping cost?

  • When you select Ground and your order is over $150, your shipping is FREE!  This applies to domestic shipping only.  Sales tax and shipping charges are excluded when calculating this amount. 

  • Please Note:  Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.  All orders received after 11:00 a.m. on Friday through Sunday night at midnight will be processed the following Monday.  Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the following business day.  Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping is based on the day the order is processed, not the day the order is placed.

  • The following rates apply when shipping to the United States and U.S. Territories.  We ship most packages using Federal Express (FedEx). If you need us to ship using the United States Postal Service, please let us know.  Our shipping costs are as follows.

  • Express and Overnight Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will reflect an additional amount once the package has been weighed and shipped. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • We ship worldwide.  For all non-US deliveries, we ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We make every attempt to get our items to you within 2 – 3 weeks.

  • Free shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to international shipping.

  • Shipping costs are based on USPS Priority Rate Tables.

  • The customer is responsible for tariffs imposed by the country of import and are not billed.

Can I ship to a different address?

  • During the check-out process, you can enter a Shipping Address which is different from the Billing Address.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  • If you're not completely satisfied with the item you ordered, we will exchange it or issue a refund.  Just send the merchandise back to us in unused condition within 30 days.  Please include a copy of your receipt.

  • Send all returns in a manner that it may be tracked during shipment.  We cannot receive returns by C.O.D.
